TriMedia Announces Release Schedule for Two Films

PHILADELPHIA, June 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- RuffNation Films LLC, a subsidiary of TriMedia Entertainment Group, Inc. ("TriMedia") (OTCBB:TMEG) and Sony Music, a Group of Sony Music Entertainment, Inc. ("Sony Music"), plan to release two films in the summer of 2004 under their "Charles Street" co-venture for film and music.

Charles Street will release "Snipes" starring world-renowned hip-hop/rap star Nelly and Frank Vincent, who is currently starring in the HBO series, "The Sopranos." Snipes was previously released primarily for DVD/Home Video rental markets in the United States. The retail release of Snipes will be the first TriMedia release in the United States of the DVD and CD soundtrack in a combined package for consumers.

Additionally, this summer Charles Street will be releasing for retail distribution the movie "Train Ride." "Train Ride" features Wood Harris from the HBO series, "The Wire" and hip-hop legend M.C. Lyte.

Chris Schwartz, Chairman and CEO of TriMedia stated, "I am extremely pleased that Sony has endorsed our strategy relating to the DVD and CD soundtrack markets as indicated by the planned release schedule of 'Snipes' and 'Train Ride' for later this year. Once again Sony is taking the lead in generating entertainment projects for the Hip Hop, R&B and urban lifestyle markets. Hip Hop is a global phenomenon, it has become a major part of popular youth culture worldwide. Our relationship with Sony will allow us to penetrate those markets with great music and film projects."
