Wireless Ink Sees Soaring Mobile Traffic and Expects Revenue Generation through Licensing Fees


NEW YORK, June 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Maxplanet Corporation (OTC:MXNT) today announced that the company it is acquiring, Wireless Ink, LLC (www.wirelessink.com), has reached a major milestone in product development and testing. Wireless Ink's mobile page views in May exceeded 13 million, representing a 26% increase from April and a 9400% increase over the past seven months.

David Harper, senior vice president and co-founder of Wireless Ink, commented, "This is quite an achievement. Seven months ago, Wireless Ink's site had generated merely 140,000 mobile screen views. Wireless Ink has recently engaged the consulting arm of Exus Global, Inc. (OTCBB:EXGO) to assist in marketing its product to wireless service carriers around the globe such as AT&T Wireless, Verizon, T-Mobile, British Telecomm, etc. Revenues will be generated in the form of licensing fees, which will be calculated based upon the size of the user base.

According to the May 31st issue of BusinessWeek, Google has just acquired a company that provides easy-to-use website building tools for businesses and individuals.
