Operational Highlights For The Year

March 8, 2004 -- AMS announced that it had received its OTC Bulletin Board trading symbol (AHCKF), and that will commence trading of its common stock on the OTCBB.

February 9, 2004 -- AMS announced that the company has purchased the assets of IER Systems, a business involved in the selling of wireless products and services relating to nursing call and emergency alert systems.

December 11, 2003 -- AMS announced that it had signed a renewable one-year exclusive agreement with Soleus Mobility of California, under which AMS Homecare would market and sell the Soleus Freedom Add-On, a product that transforms manual wheelchairs into automatic wheelchairs, throughout Canada.

September 17, 2003 -- AMS announced that it had signed a three-year agreement with Swabplus Canada for the world OEM license of Swabplus' patented, liquid-filled cotton swab technology and any improvements or enhancements of this technology.

September 11, 2003 -- AMS received a binding commitment for $1.5 million USD from an international financing group. The funds that have been arranged is a bridging loan to the company subject to certain conditions which will allow the closing of the previously announced purchase of a 49,000 square foot warehouse facility with manufacturing equipment for a powder coating facility in Eastern United States.

July 3, 2003 -- AMS signed a renewable two-year exclusive agreement with Supracor Inc. under which AMS Homecare shall market and sell Supracor's StimuLITE Honeycomb Cushioning products for the health care industry in Canada. Supracor health care industry products are used primarily for wheelchairs and electric scooters.
