Yesterday after the markets closed, the company issued a press release announcing that John Johnson, president of Tulip Medical and a widely respected innovator of bio-device products for the plastic and cosmetic surgery Industry, has joined the Board of Directors!

This should be super news for investors! Cell Bio-Systems, a biotechnology company positioned to manufacture and distribute patented, disposable technologies for cosmetic surgery and other living tissue procedures, states that Johnson brings more than 30 years experience in the research and development of products that have represented major advancements in live tissue management.
