The project also included a needs assessment of children's social services in Seminole County, which identified service providers, programs, gaps in service, eligibility requirements and capacity issues, resulting in more efficient services for those in need. This will lead to a better-prioritized SCCA, with concrete steps toward enhanced services and improved lives for Seminole County's children.

The children of Seminole County will have much better lives and more opportunities to grow and advance as a result of the more efficient leadership of the SCCA.
