Leading Financial Executives to Speak During Association for Women in Technology's Leadership Forum

Orange County Non-profit Organization Provides Platform for Successful Females

    WHAT: The Association for Women in Technology, Southern California
          (AWT) is a local non-profit organization dedicated to
          serving the advancement of women and girls in all fields of
          technology. Continuing the effort to recognize female
          leaders in Orange County, the AWT will hold its second
          quarterly Women's Leadership Forum of 2004 at the Center
          Club in Costa Mesa, Calif. on June 22, 2004 from 5:30 p.m.
          to 9:00 p.m. AWT's WTL Forum provides an ongoing platform
          for leaders throughout Southern California's technology
          industry to share their experiences. This quarter's forum
          will include a unique panel presentation featuring three
          successful, high-ranking women including:

          -    Charlene A. Davidson, CEO of Viewtrade
               (www.viewtrade.com), a leader in developing and
               delivering technology advantaged trading platforms and
               financial products.

          -    Natalie Wynne Pace, CEO of iSophia.com
               (www.iSophia.com) a leading women's investment network.

          -    Dawn Martin, CIO and EVP of Westcorp/WFS Financial
               (www.westcorpinc.com), Westcorp is a California based
               holding company whole principal subsidiaries include
               WFS Financial, one of the nation's leading automobile
               lenders, and Western Financial Bank, a federally
               chartered and insured savings and loan.

          The women will share stories of the challenges, choices and
          commitment issues they have faced in their technology
          careers. AWT members and guests are invited to attend.

          The cost of the forum is as follows: $15.00 for AWT members
          who register on-line, $20.00 for AWT members at the door,
          $25.00 for guests who register online and $30.00 for
          non-members at the door. Registration is available on-line
