Amitelo Communications, Inc. Appoints Leopold Delepierre as Chief Business Development Officer


MALAGA, Spain, June 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Amitelo Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ALOC) today announced that Leopold Delepierre has been appointed to the position of Chief Business Development Officer.

Biography of Mr. Leopold Delepierre:

Mr. Delepierre brings over 30 years of worldwide experience in Telecommunications and IT covering both Services and Products for the Provision of Global Solutions meeting the requirements of Public Operators and Corporate users. Mr. Delepierre's experience was gained as end-user, Manufacturer, Operator and Consultant and covered all Telecommunications Business Segments.

As end-user: With ITT, Mr. Delepierre defined, technically and economically justified the establishment of Switching Products in the late 60's and implemented the Corporate Network for the Group, and launched the product on the market after completion of the internal trial. When leaving ITT in 1986, the corporate network was covering over 120 countries and meeting all the needs for all the Business segments for Voice, Text, Data and Image/sound. He was responsible for an annual budget of some US$ 1 Billion.

As Manufacturer: With ITT as an Executive Corporate Consultant and later through his Company L.D. CONSULTING, he assisted Companies to define Corporate Strategies for new products and services and helped them with their Sales / Marketing activities (Direct Sales, Major Accounts, Establishment / Management of Distribution Networks and OEM / Licenses and Establishment of Joint Ventures and the Performance of Acquisitions).

As Operator: Mr. Delepierre defined end-user requirements, as well as cost reductions programs, and implemented new services. He provided also Consultancy to Public Operators directly or on behalf of the ITU (International telecommunications Union in Geneva) for Privatization and Deregulation issues.

He has worked also for four (4) years for TELECEL Group as Director of Marketing / Sales and Business Development and sold and marketed Global Solutions (VSAT- Wireless -- GSM -- INTERNET/INTRANET) on the African Markets.

He is Co-founder of various Companies in Western / Central Europe and in Africa dealing with Sales / Installation / Maintenance of Telecommunications products and services.

Mr. Delepierre holds a Bachelor degree in Economics complemented by Specific Programs provided by INSEAD in Finance, Marketing, Human Behavior and Management.
