HARRISBURG, Pa., June 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Harsco Corporation (NYSE:HSC) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.10 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable August 16, 2004 to stockholders of record as of July 15, 2004.
The dividend represents the 217th consecutive cash dividend paid to Harsco stockholders at the same or increased rate. The Company has paid dividends every year since 1939, including dividend increases in each of the past ten years.
