(Pink Sheets:ALOC) announced today that it has filed the necessary paper work to incorporate a new division, a fully owned subsidiary named Amitelo Wireless SL to deal with the deployment and the development of its wireless network for the delivery of broadband and voice services, it will be also responsible for the realization of the IP Direct Route Networks to Hard-to-Reach destinations in Africa and the Middle East.
Sunline Communications SL will remain the responsible division for the promotion and marketing of the retail & wholesale services: Broadband & VoIP Services to the underserved Spanish communities that are partially or totally lacking connectivity and the international Carrier-to-Carrier / wholesale Business.
"This is a necessary move to have a separate corporate division that designs and deploys the wireless and VoIP network on behalf of the Group," said Klaus Velten, Amitelo's Chief Technology Officer.
