Snap2 Corporation Announces New Product Line

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Snap2 Corporation (Pink Sheets:SPTO) announced increased sales for wholly owned subsidiary Call Now America Prepaid.

Call Now America Prepaid is a national distribution company with distributors and retail outlets throughout the United States reaching more than 200,000 retail locations. Retail sales of prepaid calling cards for the first month of operation under Snap2 were increased from $105,000 to $250,000. This increase was due in large part to better rates on the prepaid calling cards and additional distribution.

In a further effort to exploit Snap2's Call Now America Prepaid distribution channel the new management of Call Now America Prepaid has additionally contracted with several large suppliers and distributors of prepaid wireless calling cards and expects to increase sales by ten-fold in the next several months. Through these contractual arrangements Call Now America Prepaid will have access to prepaid wireless calling cards from companies such as AT&T Wireless, T-mobile and Verizon. By adding wireless prepaid calling cards to the existing Call Now America Prepaid product line/distribution system Snap2 expects Call Now America Prepaid's sales to climb to over $4-million per month by the end of September of 2004.

Snap2 will announce shortly the acquisition of new products to be sold through Call Now America Prepaid distribution channel.
