VoIPMDU.COM Adds Pay-Per-View Broadcasting to its VoIP Products and Services Suite


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- VoIPMDU.COM (Pink Sheets:VPMD) today announced that it has added pay per view event broadcasting to its existing suite of VoIP products and services. The addition of this rapidly expanding segment of revenue-based broadcasting is a result of the Company's recently announced venture partnership with INSINC, a North American pioneer in the delivery of streaming video. The Company's production team has been producing quality television, film festivals, worldwide product launches, employee communications programs, national talent searches and pay-per-view sports events for major national and international clients since 1996. As part of its joint venture partnership agreement, INSINC will provide a wide range of business relationships and network infrastructure components including access to its worldwide Internet distribution system that accesses over 15,000 serves in over 65 countries. The INSINC network will provide World class Tier 1 Network access and offer a full range of connectivity services including ADSL, SDSL, ISDN, T1, Ethernet, Fast Ethernet Gigabit Ethernet, DS-3, satellite and ATM services.

Pre-registration, audience notification and multiple data rates from 28.8 Kbps to broadband feed (100 to 750 Kbps), along with specialty netcasting options for pay-per-view and restricted access netcasts will be offered. Enhancement options including audience reporting tools to assist in tracking and measuring online viewer/listener behavior, together with interactive applications such as chat, real-time polling and questionnaires to enhance and boost audience participation will be additional options for the Company's pay-per-view clients. "Click and buy" e-commerce functions for direct selling will also be made available.
