(Pink Sheets:EMTI) announced Monday after the closing bell that -- "The agreement signed by it and Awe Engineering Inc., announced on June 22, has now been executed and AWE Engineering Inc. is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Environmental Technologies International Inc. EMTI is proceeding immediately with plans to advance the development and application of the technology to the stage where it will have a ready application to all manner of commercial buildings throughout North America and, ultimately, around the world." On the Nasdaq gaining big Monday was Mamma.com Inc. (Nasdaq:MAMA). Mamma Media Solutions(tm) is focused on providing first-rate quality information retrieval on the Internet through its metasearch engine and is a leading provider of integrated marketing solutions to online advertisers. The stock traded up $1.83 (15.35%) Monday to close at $13.75 a share.
Also trading well Monday was Air T, Inc. (Nasdaq:AIRT). Air T is one of the largest, small-aircraft air cargo operators in the United States. It currently operates a fleet of single and twin-engine turbo-prop aircraft nightly in the eastern half of the United States and Canada, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. AIRT traded 1,124,845 shares Monday to close at $11.30 up $3.75 (49.67%) a share.
