The WGL Completes $1 Million Dollar Reality TV Concept


ORLANDO, Fla., June 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The World Golf League, Inc. (OTCBB:WGFL) announced today that it has completed the concept and production-planning phase of its reality based television series, titled "The WGL Million Dollar Shoot Out". Thirty-two players will compete in a WGL handicapped winner take all event. The series will be produced in early November, over a two-week period in Las Vegas and aired on national cable for eleven one-hour episodes during the winter months of 2005. The WGL will maintain all rights for the series and act as executive producer. Convergence Film and Television of Orlando, Florida will act as producers. A nationally known golf commentator will host the event and PGA Tour Players will act as caddies for the final round.

"We expect several major sponsors will have a keen interest in the series along with a strong interest for licensing rights in international venues such as Europe, Australia and Japan," Mr. Pagnano went on to say. Final contracts with network; host site and sponsor participants are expected to be completed over the next 45 days.

The WGL markets a professional golf concept in the USA and 27 international venues, which allow average golfers to play for substantial prize money in local and regional tournaments culminating with a PGA-style national event and world championship.
