Injecto-Matic Systems International Inc. Enters Into Definitive Letter of Intent to Acquire Harris Green


CLEARWATER, Fla., June 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Injecto-Matic Systems International Inc. (Pink Sheets:IJMS) is pleased to announce the signing of a definitive LOI for the acquisition of Harris Green and all of its property and patented products.

The management behind Harris Green is Ben White and James Lawless who combined have over 75 years in the infomercial world. Combined sales for these DRtv products have produced revenue of over a billion dollars.

As president and founder of Star Shoppe Direct Inc., Mr. White has thirty plus years of experience in direct marketing and celebrity marketing to create a unique celebrity-driven and license-related diverse product marketing company. Star Shoppe Direct Inc. places product and talent into various markets through electronic retail, infomercials, mass retail, traditional retail and placements of print media. As President of HSN Celebrity Marketing, Mr. White developed product lines with such well known celebrities as Suzanne Somers, Ivana Trump, Jennifer Flavin, Connie Stevens, Frankie Avalon, Louise Mandrell, Bob Eubanks, Tony Little, Brenda Dykgraff, Adrian Arpel, Vanna White, Shell Kepler, Elke Sommer, Dick Clark, the WWE, NASCAR and many others, with combined celebrity sales exceeding 490 million dollars which contributed the highest gross profit to company sales.

Mr. Lawless served as President and Chairman of the Board of Silver King Television from 1993-1996 and was responsible for 35 television stations nationally and telemation for major production houses.
