Texas Business Hall of Fame Announces 2004 Induction Dinner

Event to be held for first time in San Antonio


HOUSTON, June 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation (TBHF) announces the Texas Business Hall of Fame 22nd Annual Induction Dinner to be held on Thursday, October 28, 2004 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa, San Antonio, Texas.

The dinner, which has traditionally alternated between Dallas and Houston, will be held in San Antonio for the first time in the foundation's 22-year history. "This is San Antonio's time to shine. We are excited to welcome the Texas Business Hall of Fame to San Antonio to see first-hand our very active and successful business community. We have come a long way in the last few years and this is a great opportunity to showcase the 'San Antonio Spirit' that has made this city a great place to live and work," says foundation chairman Charlie Amato.

The foundation expects to announce the 2004 induction class in the upcoming weeks. Past inductees include such noted business leaders as Mary Kay Ash, President George H. W. Bush, Michael Dell, Ray Hunt, Herb Kelleher and Drayton McLane, Jr.
