(OTCBB:IHCH) announces that it is currently engaged in discussions regarding the possible purchase of Reno, Nevada based Americal Medical Consulting Group, which manages both physician practices and an I.P.A. Network in the State of Nevada.
The Company could not provide details of the purchase or of its discussions, as negotiations are ongoing. The precise terms of the acquisition will be disclosed upon the execution of a Definitive Agreement. However, IHHI did state that such purchase is consistent with its strategic plan to acquire acute care hospitals and other healthcare assets which provide synergies with hospital ownership and management.
