Catalyst Lighting Group, Inc. Announces Integration of New Manufacturing Facilities

FORT WORTH, Texas, July 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Catalyst Lighting Group, Inc. (OTCBB:CYSL), a manufacturer and marketer of outdoor lighting poles and accessories, announced today that its subsidiary, Whitco Company, LP, has fully integrated a large segment of its product offering into a new manufacturing plant. With the addition of this new plant, a substantial amount of previously outsourced manufacturing will be brought in-house.

"We are excited to have accomplished this major step in our strategic plan for Whitco," stated Henry Glover, CEO and President of Whitco. "Previously, we outsourced all manufacturing of poles 40 feet and less. We anticipate that this change will allow us to improve gross margins, as we now are able to drive costs down through both company controlled sourcing and efficiency improvement programs. By more closely controlling the manufacturing process, we have already seen major improvements in our quality as we drive toward our goal of world class customer service."
