Rx Processing to Give Away CEO's First Year Salary to Build Awareness and Support for the Re-Importation of Prescription Medications

TAMPA, Fla., July 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Rx Processing Corporation (Pink Sheets:RXPC), a facilitator of low cost prescription medications, announced that the Company's President and CEO, Peter Fiorillo has given back his first-year's salary of 500,000 shares of the Company's common stock. The Company has decided to give his salary away in a public drawing, designed to build awareness and support for the re-importation of prescription medications from Canada. The stock is valued at $100,000 at today's market price.

CEO, Peter Fiorillo is giving back his first year's salary of 500,000 shares of RXPC stock, to build awareness for the Dorgan-Snowe Bill currently in Congress, which provides U.S. citizens access to low cost prescription medications at 30-80% the current prices. Mr. Fiorillo and Rx Processing Corporation support senior citizens with no prescription medication coverage and find it troubling that United States' citizens with no prescription coverage must pay well over twice the price for their medications as those in the United Kingdom, Canada and France. This Congressional act legalizes buying prescription medications from Canada.

The drawing is open to all U.S. citizens over the age of 21. In order to register for the stock give away, Rx Processing encourages individuals to go to the company website at www.RxProcessingCorp.com and fill out the registration form online. The registration form is also available in hard copy by calling the Company directly at 800-576-7055.

According to Peter Fiorillo, President and CEO, "The Company is being proactive to keep special interest out of the bill and needs the public's help. Please help us show the government we are serious about lowering the costs of prescription medications by filling out the form. The deadline for the drawing is October 8th 2004. After the drawing the forms will be submitted to the Political Action Group of our choosing to show our support for this important legislation."
