Investors may want to keep an eye on HEE Corporation (Pink Sheets:HCCF), Zoran Corporation (Nasdaq:ZRAN) and Websense Inc. (Nasdaq:WBSN).

HEE Corporation (Pink Sheets:HCCF) announced on Wednesday that "it will use the technology of Global Explorations Inc. (Pink Sheets:GXXL) to assist in disseminating information to the public. This technology will enable the company to distribute press releases to its database and shall also facilitate public relations functions." The HEE Corporation was founded for the purpose of marketing a new and extremely promising treatment for Type II Diabetes. HEE has acquired the worldwide distribution rights for this diabetic treatment. Just in the United States Type II Diabetes has reached epidemic levels with 18.2 million confirmed cases and an estimated 5 million cases that go undiagnosed. Hundreds of billions of dollars worldwide is spent each year on the treatment of this disease.

Zoran Corporation (Nasdaq:ZRAN), a provider of digital solutions-on-a-chip for applications in the growing digital entertainment and digital imaging markets, announced Wednesday its results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2004. Revenues for the second quarter were $103.7 million, an increase of 29 percent, compared with $80.6 million last quarter and an increase of 132 percent from $44.7 million for the same quarter in 2003.
Shares of ZRAN closed Wednesday's trading session at $16.41, up 2.46 (17.63%).
And Websense Inc. (Nasdaq:WBSN), saw its shares rise $4.67 (14.52%) to $36.83 on Wednesday after it posted a boost in its quarterly profit, citing a significant number of new customers and strong renewals. Second-quarter net income was $5.8 million, or 24 cents a share, up from $4.1 million, or 18 cents a share, a year ago. Websense is a maker of software that monitors employees' Internet activities.
