Investors may want to keep an eye on Rincon Resources (OTCBB:RIRI), Force Protection, Inc. (OTCBB:FRCP) and Power3 Medical Products, Inc. (OTCBB:PWRM).

Rincon Resources (OTCBB:RIRI), a gold exploration and development company, announced on Wednesday after the closing bell -- "details on the 'Tudor Gold Property' that the Company has recently acquired. The announcement was made Wednesday by Mr. Graeme F. Scott, President of Rincon Resources. The Tudor Property is located in Tudor and Grimsthorpe Townships in the Madoc-Bancroft region of eastern Ontario, Canada. The property consists of 22 contiguous unpatented mining claims containing 60 units covering approximately 2,965 acres of land. The Tudor Property is crossed by a series of rhyolite tuffaceous units which extend over 20 kilometres (12.4 miles) through Tudor, Grimsthorpe and Cashel Townships. On the property, gold mineralization occurs in a rhyolite unit which extends across the entire length of the property and averages 1 to 125 metres (410 ft) wide."
RIRI trades at around .25 a share.
Force Protection, Inc. (OTCBB:FRCP) announced on Wednesday that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Technical Solutions Group, has entered into an agreement with GC Financial Services, Inc., for a revolving credit line of up to $4 million. TSG has also renewed its existing agreement with GC Financial Services, Inc. for receivables financing. TSG expects to use the credit line to finance inventories.
Shares of FRCP closed Wednesday's trading session at $0.16.
Power3 Medical Products, Inc. (OTCBB:PWRM), a leading edge proteomics company engaged in the discovery of protein footprints, pathways, and mechanisms of diseases, announced on Wednesday the appointment of M. Zouhair Atassi, Ph.D. and Thomas Watts M.D. to the Scientific Advisory Board of the Company.
Dr. Atassi is the current Robert A. Welch Chair of Chemistry and a Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Baylor College of Medicine, while Dr. Watts is practicing medicine at the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. They will provide the Company strategic point of views representing both the clinical and end-user perspectives of Power3's products.
Shares of PWRM closed Wednesday's trading session at $2.32, up 0.33.
