ZUG, Switzerland, Aug. 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Converium Holding Ltd hereby informs that Fidelity International Limited, Pembroke Hall, 42 Crow Lane, Hamilton, Bermuda, has reduced its holding from 3,937,468 registered shares in Converium Holding Ltd, Zug to 1,402,599 with voting rights. This corresponds to a reduction from 9.87% to 3.51% of Converium's registered shares with voting rights.
