Commentary:

"Ready to buy a second home or vacation home? Since real estate values are soaring, the National Association of Realtors claims that many are buying for investment purposes, as well as using the second house for 1 or 2 weeks of vacation. At www.economy.com, they say it pays to be wise and watch the interest rates as well as what is comfortable to afford. Currently, they claim, overpriced markets can be found in Miami, Boca Raton and California. Instead look at Savannah or Augusta, Ga., the Carolinas, Kentucky or West Virginia," stated Sonja Rudd in Wall Street News Alert's daily commentary continued at: http://www.WallStreetNewsAlert.com.
