Eagle Announces Continued Growth in Third Quarter

TYLER, Texas, August 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Eagle Worldwide Marketing, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGWM) announced today that it is having continued growth in the Retail market with 911 Relief Antibacterial Spray.

"Due to the efforts of D.R. Johnson Sales & Marketing, we have 911 Relief in two new multi-store Grocery Store Chains in Texas. Our existing retail customers, that include major grocery store chains, are continuing to order on a regular basis.

We are currently working with our Medical Director, Dr. Stephen Goodwin, to produce a unique First Aid Kit that includes 911 Relief spray and eliminates several other items. With the universal nature of 911 Relief, we can accomplish with 1 item what is currently being done by multiple items in First Aid Kits. This will cut costs drastically for our existing customers, and make our First Aid Kit very appealing to potential customers. With 911 Relief's indefinite shelf life, our First Aid Kit will not have the maintenance cost burden for those who use it. Our First Aid Kit will revolutionize the industry by cutting costs and reducing the size of the average Kit.

Our research, using 911 Relief in combination with other products is having a successful outcome in the bovine and equine field. We use the combination product to knock flies and mosquitoes off horses and cattle, and keep them off for an extended period of time. This eliminates bites from flies and mosquitoes, therefore reducing stress in the animal and the risk of potential infection and disease. We have already started selling 911 Relief in gallons to people with horses and cattle.

Ultimate S-T Products sales of Safety Equipment slacked off over the past few months, but orders for Confined Space Safety Covers are increasing and appear to be on the rise.

With the direction our R&D and Sales are taking we are confident that we will have a very good third quarter and this will be a banner year for the company," stated Dennis Holland, Eagle CEO.
