Wolters Kluwer Sells KnowledgePoint To Recruitmax


AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, Aug. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wolters Kluwer Tax, Accounting & Legal, a division of Wolters Kluwer, and a leading provider of tax, fiscal, legal and regulatory information for professionals, today announced the sale of KnowledgePoint, a provider of human resources management services and software to Recruitmax. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Founded in 1996, Recruitmax's award-winning enterprise workforce management software and services enable companies to attract, hire, retain and manage their workforces more efficiently.
