NEW YORK, Aug. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Eguidedeals.com Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGDL) has today signed a Share Exchange Agreement to acquire Broaden Software Inc, a Delaware corporation focused on the development of Software companies.
Under the terms of the agreement Eguidedeals.com Inc will change its name to Broaden Software Inc. The Company will have approximately 6,250,000 shares issued and outstanding after the closing, new management shall also be appointed.
Broaden Software develops and acquires software applications that focus on vertical industry specific markets. The Company develops best of suite solutions that are targeted for specific business processes and enterprise resource planning. The Company's focus is on developing and acquiring solutions that are built on open technologies that seamlessly integrate. As today's business's are looking to reduce their overall costs, by using industry specific software, substantial cost savings can be made, integration problems can be quickly resolved and time saved, thereby increasing operating efficiencies and improving the operating cost base of their business.
