Automotive Capital Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AOCP). Automotive Capital announced today "the merger of Colfax Financial and Navicom GPS is expected to be completed one month earlier than thought on Sept. 1, 2004. This merger should give AOCP $0.30 earnings per share (EPS) and over $8,000,000 in revenue over the next 12 months. The merger will also give AOCP $5,000,000 in assets with 8 million shares ($0.62 per share in assets) outstanding. Currently, the company has two automotive dealer lots in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona, which are financed by the company. The Navicom GPS division has over 1,000 subscribers and works in 98% of the US, Canada and Mexico." AOCP currently trades at around .35 - .45 per share.
Breaking out today is Jupitermedia Corporation (Nasdaq:JUPM). JUPM is currently up $1.13 (8.63%) at $14.23 a share. In brief Jupitermedia describes themselves as a leading global provider of original information, images, research and events for information technology, business and creative professionals. JupiterWeb, the online division of Jupitermedia, operates four distinct online networks: internet.com and EarthWeb.com for IT and business professionals; DevX.com for developers; and ClickZ.com for interactive marketers.
Also trading well today is Mamma.com Inc. (Nasdaq:MAMA). MAMA is up 0.69 with volume of roughly 1M, last trade was at $5.95. On Aug 11 Mamma.com reported its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004. The company reported an increase in Q2 revenue of 88% to $3.96 million-net, earnings in Q2 2004 of $108,387 vs. net loss of $442,924 in Q2 2003.
And OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:OVTI) is seeing its stock up 0.78 (7.84%) at $10.73 a share. OmniVision Technologies describes themselves as designers and marketers of "high-performance semiconductor image sensors; its CameraChip(TM) is a highly integrated single-chip CMOS image sensor that is widely used in mass-market consumer and commercial applications such as mobile phones, digital still cameras, interactive video games, PCs, PDAs, security and surveillance systems, and automotive imaging systems."
