Dialysis Corporation of America Announces The Completion of Pennsylvania Acquisition


LINTHICUM, Md., Sept. 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dialysis Corporation of America (Nasdaq:DCAI) announced the completion of its purchase of Keystone Kidney Care, in central Pennsylvania. Keystone's two facilities, located in Bedford and Huntingdon, PA, have a combined total of 22 treatment stations, serving the communities in which they are located.
