HouseRaising Completes Going Public Transaction and Announces Name Change

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Technology Connections, Inc (OTCBB:TLGY) announced it received shareholder approval to complete its merger with HouseRaising, Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina. During the meeting, shareholders elected a new board of directors and effected a name change to HouseRaising, Inc. The company has filed to change its OTC trading symbol and expects to receive the new symbol later this week.

Commenting on the merger, newly elected President Robert V. McLemore, said "We are pleased to have completed the transaction enabling employees and investors to participate in the future of HouseRaising as a publicly traded entity. This allows us better access to capital markets and strategic acquisitions as we pursue our goal of becoming a national design/build homebuilding company."

Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, HouseRaising is developing plans to create 150 regional design/build operations throughout the country -- each designed to develop 100 unique homebuilding projects annually. Through its subsidiary, HouseRaisingAcademy, the company will provide Internet-based support and management processes to regional design/build operations and to local homebuilders. The company controls the quality of the homes built and the services provided each new home, and renovation projects through a proprietary system named System C.

Mr. McLemore said: "This proprietary 3,400-task process will revolutionize the custom homebuilding experience, turning complicated projects into fun while producing higher degrees of quality and lower prices. Over the coming years, we intend to apply System C in building 10,000 unique homes and 12,000 renovation projects annually." Go to www.HouseRaising.com for more information.
