During the meeting, shareholders elected a new board of directors and effected a name change to HouseRaising, Inc. The company has filed to change its OTC trading symbol and expects to receive the new symbol later this week.

The company controls the quality of the homes built and the services provided each new home, and renovation projects through a proprietary system named System C.
