BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- American Way Homed Based Business (Pink Sheets:AWHB), the company with its continuing focus on acquiring existing businesses and exploring opportunities in the work from home market, announced today that they have recently completed the acquisition of Prime Time High School Sports Inc., a television production company based in Florida.

Prime Time High School Sports Inc. (PTHSSI), will be covering the athletic programs and games for high schools in Florida. Recently, many athletic programs in Florida have lacked the necessary funding to keep their programs running. PTHSSI will assist programs with various fund raising efforts and they will also give 60% of the profits they earn in advertising dollars back to the programs they cover.

Home-based distributorships will be set-up selling advertising placements to local and national merchants.
