Stampede Entertainment Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire AGS Studios as A Wholly Owned Subsidiary


LAKE ARROWHEAD, Calif., Sept. 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Stampede Entertainment Inc. (Pink Sheets:SPDI) announced today it has entered into a Letter of Intent with AGS Studios. Stampede Entertainment will acquire AGS Studios as a wholly owned subsidiary.

AGS Studios is a Mexico based corporation, currently co-owned by Jose Rojas, one of only five partners in Deloitte, Mexico, and Jeff Speakman. AGS Studios is involved in international film and commercial productions and has secured subsidization from the Mexican government. AGS Studios' principals have a close working relationship with the Governor and other officials in Aguascalientes and have secured their full cooperation for any film production needs. This subsidization includes travel, lodging accommodations, police services and location use for all film projects.
