Oleg Logvinov To Present At UPLC Conference

Arkados' President and CEO, Offers Viewpoint of HomePlug Powerline Alliance at UPLC's Annual Meeting

(OTCBB:CDKN) announced that Oleg Logvinov, President and CEO of its Arkados subsidiary, will represent the HomePlug Powerline Alliance and address the broad membership of the United Powerline Council (UPLC) on Tuesday, September 14th.

Mr. Logvinov, who also currently serves as president of the HomePlug Alliance, will present during a session on the technical developments in Access BPL standards.

The UPLC's annual conference (http://www.uplc.org) will be held September 12 - 15, 2004 at the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City, in Arlington, Virginia.
