(Pink Sheets:MCGI) announced that it has completed international distribution agreements with ENT INC. a Beverly Hills based entertainment company for the distribution of its animated "Cel Art" library. This group of assets includes original art works that were the actual production cels used to create such popular animated TV shows such as Flash Gordon, Back to the Future, Ewoks from Star Wars, Ghost Busters, and He-Man. These art works have millions of fans around the world and this will be the first time they will be available to collectors and the general consumer market.

A variety of distribution channels will be utilized to bring this library to the market.
