HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Sept. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Senticore, Inc. (OTCBB:SNIO), a growing diversified holding company, has signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract in partnership with The Justice Fund, a soon to be public company, and with AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), to market that company's Internet surveillance technology in Asia and South America over the next four years.
Senticore and The Justice Fund will distribute and market AdZone's NetGet(tm) (patent protected) system for various commercial applications as part of a non-exclusive contract calling for both companies to develop NetGet's Internet commercial applications internationally. The contract anticipates payments for sales made on a continuing basis, with graduated annualized target goals.
