Investors may want to swing over and check out Gluv Corp. ("Gluv") (Pink Sheets:GLVP). Gluv, a developer, marketer and distributor of sports related apparel items announced on Wednesday after the closing bell, a "comprehensive corporate repositioning strategy" focusing toward security related products and services through its recent acquisition of SDS Productions, LLC. According to James L. Shepherd, Chief Operating Officer, "SDS Productions will complement this new strategy through the development and production of security training CD's and online secured internet testing systems. In the near term, the Company will also be seeking to acquire controlling equity interest in a South Florida based security guard company." Gluv has been offering its patented, premium products throughout North America and Western Europe since 1998. These products include leather jackets, leather bags, and patented gloves for golf, baseball, softball, football, driving, aviation and mechanics. Gluv anticipates broadening their leather product line to complement the needs of the more than one million U.S. and state registered private security personnel. GLVP is currently trading between .04 - .06 a share.

ScanSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq:SSFT)
Speech and imaging solutions company ScanSoft, Inc. announced Wednesday the availability of RealSpeak(tm) Solo 4.0, the latest offering in its industry-leading portfolio of text-to-speech solutions optimized for embedded and desktop applications. RealSpeak Solo 4.0 is the first text-to-speech product released post-merger from the SpeechWorks Division of ScanSoft and draws on some of the most popular high-quality voices from the company's broad network speech offerings, providing a highly scalable, complete embedded TTS solution.
Shares of SSFT closed Wednesday's trading session higher by 0.42 at $4.17, on strong volume of 1,237,680 shares.
Applied Micro Circuits Corp. (Nasdaq:AMCC)
Wednesday after the bell, technology products company Applied Micro Circuits Corp. announced that David Rickey, its Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, has provided a notice of his intention to resign from all the positions, effective August 25, 2005. The company also said that the Board has commenced a search for his successor. The company noted that Rickey served as Vice President of Operations from August 1993 until May 1995 when he quit to join NextGen as Vice President of Operations. The company added that Ricky re-joined as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 1996, at which time he was also elected a Director of the company. In August 2000, the company named Rickey as Chairman of the Board.
AMCC closed Wednesday's regular trading at $3.29, down 11 cents on a volume of 3 million shares.

TVI Corporation (OTCBB:TVIN)
TVI Corporation, a leading supplier of rapid deployment shelters and chemical/biological decontamination systems for the military, public health and first response agencies, announced Wednesday that The Puerto Rico Department of Health has placed a $1.7 million order for TVI mass decontamination and bio-isolation systems. The order, processed by Fisher Safety through the federal Prime Vendor Program, will outfit all 43 healthcare facilities throughout Puerto Rico with advanced mass decontamination and remote bio-isolation capabilities.
TVIN closed Wednesday 0.260 higher at $6.00, on volume of 771,234 shares.
