Advanced Medical Diagnostics Confirms Brazil Order

GARRISON, N.Y., Sept. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Transportation Logistics Int'l, Inc. (OTCBB:TRPL) confirmed today that its Advanced Medical Diagnostics (AMD) division has received a firm commitment order for 100,000 of its HIV (1&2) Rapid Test Kit for distribution in Brazil.

"Our HIV (1&2) Rapid Test Kits are priced to sell for US$4.00 each. This represents a bottom line profit in excess of $1.00 per kit for AMD," said Michael Gilbert, President of AMD. Gilbert also commented, "Once product testing, certification and registration, as required by the Brazilian Health Ministry is completed, we anticipate orders between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000 units of our Rapid Test Kits from Brazil alone. In dollar terms, such orders could represent approximately US$4,000,000 to US$20,000,000 in revenue. Profit to the company would be significant."

AMD's kit tests simultaneously for both HIV 1 and 2 with an accuracy rate of over 99%. The company believes this kit is one of only a few in the world that performs this dual test; it is by far the least expensive. No home HIV (1+2) Rapid Test Kit at any price is currently available in the United States. AMD reiterates its previous announcement that it has no intention to seek FDA approval at this time.

In the fight to contain the spread of AIDS, AMD stands by its product's motto "Recognition is the First Step".
