STOCK COMMENTARY:
Our researchers said for the last seven days that a drop in the markets was coming soon. Subsequent to a miniscule move upward and a bit of flat trading, Wednesday we saw the big drop off. But, this is not horrible news.
From a technical standpoint, the major markets are too high. RSI, Stochastics, and MACD all signal additional downside. Our researchers think that's not bad as it will allow the "patient" trader to go long at more attractive prices on important stocks.
If you are "buried" in some stocks, the news for you, as we see it, will be satisfying: We believe a speedy move down at these levels shall take you to an ultimate move higher.
