Our researchers reported for the previous week that a move down was near. Subsequent to a slight move higher and a bit of indecisive trading, yesterday we got a big drop. However, that is not bad news.
From a technical standpoint, most stocks continue to be too pricey. RSI, Stochastics, and MACD all signal additional pressure on stocks in the near term. Our analysts believe that's a positive, as it will permit the "patient" trader to go long at better prices on blue chip stocks.
