CASABLANCA, Morocco, Sept. 22, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Amitelo Technology Ltd., the subsidiary of Amitelo Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ALOC), today announced the official launching of its commercial product Bill4Tel, the affordable VoIP Billing Software.
About Bill4Tel: The Affordable VoIP Billing Solution:
Bill4Tel is Amitelo's own developed Web based VoIP Billing Solution for Retail and Wholesale Post-Paid services. The Solution has been initially developed for the ASTERISK i-PBX and it has been also successfully tested with the GNU-Gatekeeper and the SER SIP Express Router of IPTEL. Bill4Tel works with any existing Soft switches, available on the market, that can generate a Call Detail Records File (CDR File).
Bill4Tel has a web interface to facilitate the access to customers to view their Bills and actual account status. It also grants access to resellers to check the amount of commission earned.
The Software offers the following features:
1. Customers Management (Retail & Wholesale): Bill4Tel allows a perfect Administration and Management of customers whether retail or wholesale.
2. Reseller Management: The Billing System offers a perfect means to administer and manage resellers' accounts. Retail customers can be assigned to a defined reseller.
3. Tariff Management (assign each customer a separate tariff): Standard Retail Rates can be entered into the System by using an easy to use built-in import function (import CSV file). Special rates can be also assigned to different retail customers. For each Wholesale Customer you can assign "Buy" and "Sell" rates by either using the built-in import function or simply by typing in the rates of the agreed destinations.
4. Flat Rate program Management: One can activate a Flat Rate program for retail services by simply selecting the destinations and activating the Flat Rate Status Button.
5. Automatic Credit Control Management (important function for Wholesalers): An Alarm function is built into the system to control the credit limit of the wholesale customers. The System sends automatically an email to the administrator (responsible person) when a certain defined percentage of the credit amount has been reached and also in the specific case of the Asterisk, it automatically cuts the lines when 100% of the set credit amount is reached.
6. Billing Management (Retail & Wholesale): Customers Bills and Invoices can be generated by the system and such bills can be easily viewed by customers when connected to the system via its web interface.
7. Reporting Management including Accounting, Revenue, Costs, commission reporting and also detailed call history.
Bill4Tel has fair and reasonable prices. The price of the Bill4Tel License is 1450 Euro (approx. 1740 US$) for 100 Manageable Accounts, whereas, for an unlimited version the License Price is slightly higher: 1950 Euro (approx. 2340 US$).
Custom made changes can be requested for a rate of 500 Euro (600 US$) per programming day.
