The WGL Announces One Million Dollar Wholesale Deal


ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The World Golf League, Inc. (OTCBB:WGFL) announced today that it has closed a wholesale membership deal worth $1,000,000 for the distribution of 20,000 memberships to the consumer electronics industry. Upwon LLC of Orlando, Florida will provide the memberships to various retail establishments to be used as promotional giveaways during the 4th quarter sales cycle.

"This is the first of many wholesale membership contracts, which we expect to reach over 100,000 units sold within the next six months," said Mike Pagnano, CEO The WGL, Inc. "All of our member sales initiatives will remain in the wholesale sector as we continue to make progress with the production of the WGL Million Dollar Shootout reality series. We fully expect a network contract within the next several weeks for production and airing of the series on a national level in early 2005."

The WGL markets a professional golf concept in the USA and 27 international venues, which allow average golfers to play for substantial prize money in local and regional tournaments culminating with a PGA-style national event and world championship.
