DEL MAR, Calif., , Sept. 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Security Technology Inc. (Pink Sheets:HSTJ) announced today that it has entered into a technology development agreement with rapid tactical engineering firm Digital Force Technologies, Inc. of San Diego, California. Founded in 1999 by Mechanical Engineer, Justin MacLaurin, DFT has been adapting Commercial-Off-The-Shelf Technology (COTS) into hardened military applications as well as designing and manufacturing other defense related technology for the US Special Operations Community.

Currently five distinct technologies are being reviewed by the management team of Homeland Security Technology including its Military Technology Advisory Board (MTAB) and Joint Venture Partners. Upon a thorough review of these technologies HST will be formulating a technology development schedule to rapidly bring to market the most effective and beneficial products.
