Hard to Treat Diseases Incorporated Motion For an Emergency Preliminary Injunction

DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Sept. 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Hard to Treat Diseases Incorporated (HTTD) (Pink Sheets:HTDS) Announces Motion for an Emergency Injunction.

The motion can be viewed on our website at: www.htdsotc.com

This Motion For An Emergency Preliminary Injunction And Incorporated Memorandum Of Law was filed in Federal Court on September 29, 2004 as a result of the recent actions of Ronald Shinn, Gerry Knight and Shinn Capital Group.

The litigation between HTTD and Shinn and his affiliates has been scheduled for a Federal trial date of January 2005 in Florida. As a result of Shinn's lack of cooperation in the lawsuit and his attempts to steal HTTD's rights to Tubercin, HTTD is petitioning the Court to protect the financial interests of HTTD's thousands of stockholders and the public securities market at large. "We will not let Shinn cause irreparable injury to HTTD," said Colm J. King, President and CEO of Hard to Treat Diseases.

The Courts ruling will be released by HTTD through a press release as soon as it is issued by the Court and can be viewed on our website.
