The agreement, made in association with Macy Gray Touring Inc., includes worldwide Broadcast, DVD and Internet rights to a live concert performance that will be shot on November 18, 2004 at the House of Blues in Las Vegas. The venue is currently being scouted so as to best showcase Macy's unique creative soulful style. The concert will be a multi-camera shoot utilizing the latest state-of-the-art high-definition recording equipment. The Company believes that the combined sales of this concert from Broadcast, DVD and the Internet are expected to generate revenues in excess of $700,000
