AP Digital to Distribute PrimeZone Newswire Content to News and Commercial Online Services

NEW YORK, Oct. 4, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- AP Digital, a division of The Associated Press that provides news and information to interactive markets, and PrimeZone Media Network, a global distributor of press releases, today announced that PrimeZone's content will be offered to subscribers of AP Digital's news services.

The agreement means AP Digital will redistribute company press releases from PrimeZone to subscribing Web sites, corporate intranets and desktops, wireless services and other interactive applications.

The AP's member newspapers and broadcasters will also have the option to present the company announcements on their Web sites.

AP Digital will include PrimeZone's content in more than 30 industry-targeted news feeds that provide AP business news plus content from other top information providers.

"We are delighted to be working with AP Digital," said Tom Madden, CEO of PrimeZone. "The AP is a worldwide news leader and respected throughout the globe."

"Including the option to receive press releases from the PrimeZone Media Network is consistent with AP Digital's strategy of offering a variety of news and information sources to our news and corporate subscribers," said Jane Seagrave, director of AP Digital.
