Sports Wheels Retains HJ & Associates as Independent Auditing Firm


LAS VEGAS, Oct. 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sports Wheels Inc., (Pink Sheets:SSWH), a premiere wheel technology company, today announced that the Company has retained HJ & Associates as its independent auditing firm. This action was taken as part of its effort to gain fully-reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

HJ & Associates is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), as is required for all accounting firms performing audits of public companies by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and maintains membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SEC and Private Companies Practice Sections of the AICPA and is a member of the RSMi McGladrey Network of Firms.
