                      "Questions Answered"

We've gotten a few really good questions in the last day or so. Here are some of those questions, and our answers.

QUESTION: "KKD; I set my stop loss at 13.19 as suggested by you; the stock sold for $13.10 as it hit sometime this morning yet, KKD recovered quickly after that and is $0.16 ahead from where it closed yesterday. How can I avoid this in the future with any other stock?" ANSWER: We raised KKD's stop/loss as the stock rallied. KKD's move was significant enough to warrant a stop/loss raise. The truth is that you'll sometimes get stopped out of a stock.

QUESTION: "How do I know when a rating was initiated? This date is reffered to in your ratings and I havn't seen a date on them." ANSWER: A stock's initial rating date is not currently shown. However, your question has prompted us to make a change. Look for the rating dates with each stock in the near future.

QUESTION: "I don't understand. Your original target on WIN was $4.50 and now you are saying it is $4? Stop loss on MECA is $5.33....today's low was $5.30...shouldn't that mean dump it?" ANSWER: The initial target on WIN was $4 to $4.50. And, although we were happy about WIN's initial move up, notice that we did not remove it from the list of stocks we recommended. As for MECA, yes, you are correct. Thankfully, MECA traded up today and did not fall further. For the record, we should have removed it from our list after it hit the stop/loss. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

QUESTION: "Is your charting software data real-time? If not, what is the delay and when are updates made? Can I draw trend lines, price lines, etc?" ANSWER: The data for your Trend-Finding Software is not "real time". The data is "end of day". That's how we pick stocks, and suggest you do to! The trend-lines are already added to the "trendline charts", but you can use the "Charts Plus" feature to do your own technical analysis studies on any stock.

QUESTION: "Does your pre-market list of strong buys and sells include the reasoning why you are rating it as such?" ANSWER: The "Strong Buy" service is a list compiled of stocks that meet strict technical criteria. That list is not expounded upon. However, the other services (Momentum, Penny Stock, Daytrade, and Cliffhangers) do include more detailed analysis.

QUESTION: "What is the lowest price stock that the Penny Stock service covers?" ANSWER: We like to find stocks that range from $1 to $5. Technically, not a true "penny" stock service, we do however, frequently offer stocks less than a dollar.

As for the market, the S&P made another impressive move up today. The tide has certainly shifted. The longer we stay above the down-trending channel (see commentary from Tuesday and Wednesday in your commentary archive) things look better long term.
