Integrated Software Development Announces Corporate Update


KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel and LAS VEGAS, Oct. 13, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. (ISD) (Pink Sheets:ITDJ), a provider of enterprise software aimed primarily at small and medium sized enterprises today announced a corporate update outlining the Company's strategy for growth.

Key elements of ISD's strategy for growth include:


 -- Focus on the very large and growing market for small and medium
    size organizations (SME). As part of ISD's efforts to increase
    sales and marketing initiatives, the Company recently recruited
    five additional sales and marketing staff together with a
    highly experienced new Marketing Manager. ISD continues to
    strengthen its two international sales distributors, one in the
    UK, focusing on the European market, and the second in the
    Philippines, covering the Asia Pacific market.

 -- Pursue strategic alliances for global growth. A critical element
    of the Company's long-term growth strategy is to establish
    alliances and partnerships to expand into new international
    markets. ISD plans to further leverage the valuable experience
    and contacts already gained from existing relationships with
    leading multinational companies, such as HP and SAP.

 -- Maintain and advance technology leadership by extending the
    capabilities of the software solution, BENEFIT, and expand the
    range of problems the product can solve. BENEFIT already brings
    many advanced functions to the small and medium business market
    generally only available in CRM packages aimed at large
    enterprises.
