Viyya Technologies' Internet Search and Retrieval Software Ready for Consumer and Small Business Use This Fall

WEST CALDWELL, N.J., Oct. 19, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Viyya Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VYON), a technology company that has developed and is marketing the world's most advanced information management application, announced today its November release of version 1.7 of VIYYA(tm). This much anticipated Internet search and retrieval product is equipped with XCavator(tm), a patent-filed tool that "reads" the Internet much as the human mind does. VIYYA(tm) automates the process of collecting, processing, delivering and storing data that the user has predefined as relevant to that user's needs.

"We are providing the end user with an easier way to search and manage information over the Internet by giving the user an ability to get data that is relevant to their needs versus all of the data or material from the Internet which can often be quite overwhelming for the end user," said John Bay, president and CEO of Viyya. "End users will find that through the use of VIYYA(tm), eliminating non-relevant information will result in a savings of 25 to 40 percent in time spent on the search and retrieval process."

Bay added, "The user friendly features of VIYYA(tm) create a self servicing capability for the user whereby he or she personalizes how the relevant data is analyzed, stored, retrieved, and displayed. End users of the Internet are very self sufficient and this tool is perfectly suited to meet the needs of the information overload problems we face today."

Viyya Technologies is offering a combination of features and attributes that does not exist in any other product on the market today. The software will be offered to the consumer and small business markets as a download application from the company's website as well as other well-known download sites with a monthly recurring charge to one's credit card after a free trial period. After the trial, the company will offer customers the opportunity to purchase advanced features or to receive a discount for purchasing an annual license.

Viyya Technologies continues to develop and present other versions of the VIYYA(tm) product suite. In addition to the consumer and small business product, Viyya will offer professional user and enterprise versions, which already have received excellent initial response from potential strategic partners.
