(Pink Sheets:HSTJ) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a strategic alliance with a leading Southern California-based Global Security consulting firm GSI, Inc. Under the leadership of International Security Expert S. Mark Wilson (USMC retired) GSI, Inc. has provided security consulting services throughout Southern California. Services performed by GSI, Inc. have included; Individual Security Protection (ISP) for high profile corporate executives, entertainment figures and political dignitaries; Threat Management Training (TMT) for major southern California corporations and complex investigation services for both public and private sector individuals and organizations.

Under the terms of the agreement GSI, Inc. and Mark Wilson will seek expand the role of Homeland Security Technology, Inc. into the Global Security market place by offering its expert security consulting services to HSTJ's network of client and customers. The company will be seeking to work with ports, major corporations and high profile individuals to address their security needs. Additionally, Mr. Wilson will be seeking to develop and commercialize innovative security related products for implementation into the needs of the US Armed Forces, Law Enforcement and Homeland Security Arena.
