S3 Investment Company Files Year End Financial Results


TEMECULA, Calif.,, Oct. 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- S3 Investment Company (OTCBB:SEIHE) today announced that the Company has filed its 10K Annual Report with year-end financial statements and is now current on its reporting requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission. With its financial reporting now up-to-date, the Company expects that the "E" will be removed from its stock symbol within a number of days, and S3 Investment Company's stock will again trade under the symbol SEIH.
