STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Oct. 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- At the Annual General Meeting of Trelleborg AB on April 24, 2004, the Chairman of the Board was commissioned to ask five representatives of the Company's major shareholders to form a Nominations Committee, which in turn shall prepare a proposal on the composition of the Board to be presented for decision by the 2005 Annual General Meeting.
The following individuals have been asked to become members of the Nominations Committee and have accepted:
